East Grand Forks Public Schools

New Heights Elementary students as well as preschool classes were recently visited by Mark Mindt, also known as KODA. Mark is an enrolled member of the Spirit Lake Dakota Nation of North Dakota. During his time with our students, Mark shared his flutes, stories and art. The New Heights library now has several sets of his comic books!

Mark Mindt will also be visiting our other schools starting with South Point Elementary in November.
