The local continuing education license renewal committee for East Grand Forks Public Schools is established according to the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board rules to evaluate continuing education activities, granting appropriate clock hours for those activities, and recommending renewal of five-year continuing or professional teaching and support service licenses." -Minnesota Administrative Rules 8710.7200

This committee meets 4 times a year.  The first meeting is usually in September, the second in November, the third in January, and the last meeting in late April. Clock hours and semester credits must be turned in to the Committee before the meetings for approval.  Remember it is your responsibility to make sure your license does not lapse and that your credentials are up to date.
